Our firm charges a contingency fee. This means that you will not owe us any fee unless we win your case. If we do win, the fee for representation before the Social Security Administration is 25% of any past-due benefits or $5,300, whichever is less. For example, if SSA owes you $10,000 in past-due benefits, our fee would be $2500 (25%). And if SSA owes you $28,000 in past-due benefits, our fee would only be $5300, rather than the full 25% ($7000).
In Social Security Disability, Widows cases, and Supplemental Security Income cases, the Social Security Administration will withhold the fee and, after approval, send it directly to us.
It is important for your case that we obtain and submit all available medical evidence to the Social Security Administration. Sometimes this means paying for hospital records, doctors' reports or other information. In most cases, our firm will advance these costs until the case is resolved. This expense, however, is ultimately the claimant's. These costs are usually less than $100.
